Tracking your order Where is your order? Did we receive it? Has it left yet?

As soon as we receive your order on our web site we send you an automated response email confirming the details of the order. If you do not receive this within a few minutes of placing the order then please check to make sure that you gave us the right email address before checking with the sales desk.

Order tracking is available for most orders. We use three methods to despatch goods:

Smaller UK consignments
Status information available:

Larger UK and Courier Consignments
Status information available:

Confirmation of despatch or proposed despatch date. We have online tracking from point of collection to point of delivery and proof of delivery. Phone the sales desk or e-mail us at sales@ipps.co.uk to request the latest information.

International consignments Status information available:

Confirmation of despatch or proposed despatch date. Online tracking from point of collection to receipt by export agency. Local delivery status information overseas varies with country.
